Transaction Banking Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Transaction Banking Relationship Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing the transactional banking needs of new and existing customers through face-to-face meetings and zoom calls.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Banking/Transactional Banking, with sales capability and strong commitment to customer outcomes. They will also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate widely across various business units to obtain the best outcome for our customers.

About the Role:

  • Identify and address the transactional banking needs of new and existing customers
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Provide expert advice on transactional banking products and services
  • Work closely with the Transactional Direct sales team to support the successful implementation of transactional solutions
  • Collaborate with state-based commercial broker teams to identify opportunities for growth and development

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of transactional banking products and services
