Senior Transaction Banking Specialist

Job Description:

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of the Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFI) sector and its key drivers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead transaction banking relationships with C-suite and treasury executives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead RFP and re-contracting processes to ensure seamless execution and optimal results for clients.
  • Provide strategic insights into market conditions impacting the bank and its clients, enabling informed decision-making.

Key Strengths:

  • Relevant industry experience at a senior level, with a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Expertise across product capabilities, including working capital, cash management, and payments in the NBFI sector.
  • A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, able to identify opportunities and drive initiatives to achieve targets.

About the Role:

This is an opportunity to join a growing team that supports tier 1 and 2 NBFI clients. As a specialist, you will execute the Transaction Banking strategy to deliver differentiated experiences for these clients in the Institutional Banking and Markets segment.

What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with customers and stakeholders at all levels of seniority across the group to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Transaction Banking Solutions business through strategic sales execution and effective client management.
  • Support the Executive Director in key tasks, including developing and leading transaction banking relationships to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
