Job Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Growth Leader to join our team and drive business development within our Global Transaction Services division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the entire sales lifecycle, collaborating with the relationship management team on strategic sales plans, creating compelling pitch documents and presentations, designing innovative client solutions, engaging and building trust with senior client executives, and maintaining rigorous sales discipline and reporting.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Create persuasive sales pitches and presentations that showcase our transaction banking solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with senior client executives and stakeholders to build trust and drive long-term partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Contribute to the development of our global transaction services business through strategic planning, process improvement, and innovation.
