Transaction Banking Growth Director

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in a key role. As an Associate Director, PCM NSW, you will play a crucial part in managing and growing a client portfolio.
">- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients who utilize the bank's Transaction Banking product set.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through origination, ongoing account management, and close collaboration with Operations.
- Drive revenue and profitability through financial management of the portfolio.
- Execute and build pipeline, planning and measuring customer revenue, growth, volume, and targets.
- Develop customer pricing for sound, profitable growth.
- Conduct active customer calling programs and prepare/deliver Transaction Banking strategic reviews to drive insights and opportunities.
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven banking experience in Transaction Banking Sales and/or relationship management, with knowledge of payments industry regulations.
- Previous experience in Merchant acquiring with demonstrated industry knowledge.
- Strong research and analytical skills to achieve deep customer understanding.
- Solid strategic thinking and business acumen to enable discussions with senior customer representatives.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask.
- Ability to identify future client needs through key questioning techniques.
