Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and addressing transactional banking needs of new and existing customers through face-to-face and virtual meetings.
  • Driving capability and coaching bankers around high-quality referrals and awareness of our Transactional Banking value proposition.
  • Identifying solutions across diverse Transaction Banking products to meet client-specific needs and improve cash flow and working capital.
  • Project managing opportunities and collaborating with the Transactional Direct sales team for successful implementation of transactional solutions.
  • Tailoring proposals for new bank opportunities and presenting to customers and brokers.
  • Collaborating with state-based commercial broker teams.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A background in Banking or Transactional Banking, preferably with sales experience and a strong commitment to customer outcomes.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, drive collaboration across business units, and build personal and enterprise brand.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
