Job Title: Transaction Banking Specialist

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of businesses across Australia, utilizing your deep understanding of transactional banking to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying complex client solutions across a range of transaction banking products, ensuring we meet our clients' specific needs for new and existing customers. You will also support our customers in collecting and managing their money, as well as making payments securely and efficiently.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong consultative mindset, wanting the best outcomes for your customers. You should also have a drive to succeed and be able to leverage your existing networks to increase growth.

The breadth of the portfolios is challenging and interesting, and you will be suited to an experienced transaction banker who wants variety and exposure to a large range of customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support customers in collecting and managing their money, as well as making payments securely and efficiently
  • Assist customers in improving cash flow, business efficiency, and providing great visibility and control over payments
  • Deliver a great customer experience and grow customer advocacy
  • Identify complex client solutions across a diverse range of transaction banking products
