Research Leader

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing timely and relevant research content, including weekly market updates and flagship reports.

They will act as a company spokesperson through keynote presentations, market briefings, media commentary, and engaging multi-channel content.

  • Developing and delivering a content schedule including weekly market blogs, regular flagship reports, and topical research publications.
  • Engaging with print, radio, TV, and online media to provide expert commentary and respond to key market events.
  • Delivering compelling keynote presentations and tailored briefings to industry bodies, clients, and consumers enhancing brand awareness and positioning the organization as the number one voice in property analysis and thought leadership.
  • Maintaining data quality and integrity, collaborating with analytics, data, and product teams to ensure research outputs are accurate, timely, and meet high standards.
  • Identifying revenue opportunities via public speaking, report syndication, and consulting activities.
  • Supporting clients with tailored market insights and contributing to cross-functional projects including marketing campaigns and strategic planning.

Travel commitments include presenting and engaging with stakeholders primarily between Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and other regional centers.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

A strong understanding of the property market and its trends is essential, along with the ability to analyze complex data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
