We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our customer insights team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a clear annual strategy for customer insights that aligns with business objectives
- Analyze customer behaviors and identify areas for improvement
- Create comprehensive business cases and ROI reviews to track performance
- Drive awareness and implementation of best practices across the organization
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in retail environments, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing or CRM
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer insights strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and market trends
- Able to scope, plan, and execute complex strategic initiatives
