About the Role

As we expand our operations and pipeline, we're seeking a Market Insights & Strategy Analyst to provide critical market intelligence, support pricing and acquisition decisions, and track project performance. This role is ideal for an analytically-minded individual who thrives in a high-impact, fast-moving environment and is passionate about the intersection of housing, markets, and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor competitor builder pricing and products across SEQ and Greater Melbourne land estates

  • Track upcoming land releases, pricing shifts, and market activity to inform internal pricing and land acquisition decisions

  • Maintain and enhance internal databases tracking vacant land and builder activity, land project benchmarks, and suburb-level housing metrics

  • Support the preparation of pricing new projects, sales dashboards, and project performance reporting

  • Assist with feasibility inputs for new project assessments, including market benchmarks and builder comps

  • Prepare research reports, maps, and presentations for internal use and investor briefings

  • Liaise with external developers, consultants, and data providers where needed

  • Support general business operations through documentation, analysis, and reporting

  • Prepared to travel locally and domestically when required.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications (or final year) in Economics, Property, Finance, or Town Planning

  • Alternatively, at least 1 year of experience in a property research, planning, or strategy-related role

  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with GIS or mapping tools is a bonus

  • Commercially astute with strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and highly organised

  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic setting

  • Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating and engaging with internal and external stakeholders

  • Passionate about housing, urban growth, and data-driven strategy
