The Position:

Due to growth, they are currently seeking a suitably experienced, self-motivated, and confident Receptionist to become an integral part of their team. Working as the Receptionist, you must be extremely organized, efficient, and team-focused as you will be responsible for supporting the Branch and Sales Managers and their teams.

This position will be offered with an immediate start on a temp to perm basis. The working hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday.

The Duties:

  • Managing a busy switchboard
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Preparing welcome home packs
  • Responding to emails and diary management
  • Assisting with Sales and Property Management enquiries
  • Updating their databases
  • Arranging office supplies and stationery
  • Ensuring the running of the office is smooth
  • Managing various filing systems
  • Other administrative tasks as required

The Requirements:

  • An excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • A strong sense of professionalism
  • A can-do attitude and positive mindset
  • Outstanding organizational skills and a strong willingness to learn
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail
