The Position:
Due to growth, they are currently seeking a suitably experienced, self-motivated, and confident Receptionist to become an integral part of their team. Working as the Receptionist, you must be extremely organized, efficient, and team-focused as you will be responsible for supporting the Branch and Sales Managers and their teams.
This position will be offered with an immediate start on a temp to perm basis. The working hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday - Friday.
The Duties:
- Managing a busy switchboard
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Preparing welcome home packs
- Responding to emails and diary management
- Assisting with Sales and Property Management enquiries
- Updating their databases
- Arranging office supplies and stationery
- Ensuring the running of the office is smooth
- Managing various filing systems
- Other administrative tasks as required
The Requirements:
- An excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A strong sense of professionalism
- A can-do attitude and positive mindset
- Outstanding organizational skills and a strong willingness to learn
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong attention to detail
