Administrative Support Assistant

The successful candidate must be able to update the system with customer and client information, answer inbound calls and make outbound calls as required. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for booking appointments and following up with confirmation, as well as managing and updating all office documentation.
Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls as required to provide excellent customer service.
- Appointment Booking: Booking appointments and following up with confirmation to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Documentation Management: Managing and updating all office documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Computer Literacy: Intermediate-advanced level computer literacy, including MS Office suite and internet.
- Communication Skills: Excellent telephone manner, communication skills, and customer service.
- Administrative Experience: Experience within an administration support role, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Proactive Approach: Proactive, flexible approach to completing work, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and manage a varied workload in a busy professional environment.
