Job Overview
">The Casual Student Engagement Officer will be responsible for promoting student engagement across the campus.
">They will work closely with the customer service team and teaching staff to develop strategies to actively engage students in their current AMEP courses, monitor class attendance, check eligibility, assist with registration processes, schedule assessments, and undertake various administration duties.
">About You
">We are looking for a candidate who is currently employed by the institution and has demonstrated experience in a similar role.
">Experience in AMEP, SEE or other English Language Tuition programs is highly desirable, as is fluency in a language other than English.
">A high level of customer service experience is essential, along with the ability to listen and deliver on client needs and actively seek to deliver high quality outcomes.
