Utilizing exceptional interpersonal skills, you will engage with high-intent leads generated from free events, mock exams, and website enquiries.

Through structured training and proven call scripts, you will uncover the goals and concerns of these leads and schedule them into one-to-one consultations with our expert Program Consultants. Your conversations will provide valuable direction and resources to help anxious students achieve their dream of studying medicine.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing timely initial contact and follow-up calls to warm leads sourced from various channels.
  • Maintaining a structured call schedule aligned with peak response windows.
  • Conducting needs assessments using targeted, open-ended questions; addressing objections confidently and clearly.
  • Booking high-quality one-to-one consultations with the Program Consultant team, achieving weekly conversion targets.

As a successful Liaison, you will demonstrate honesty, integrity, empathy, excellent communication skills, independence, proactiveness, a willingness to listen and learn, and intelligence.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales or appointment setting in a high-performance B2C environment, and/or experience in education or exam-preparation sales (preferred but not essential). We offer a competitive compensation package including base salary, superannuation, and commissions (OTE $100k+).
