About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to make a real difference in the lives of high-achieving, anxious students as they navigate the challenging path to becoming a doctor or dentist.

You will be the first point of contact for these students and their parents, providing guidance, support, and expert advice to help them achieve their goals.

  • Establish strong relationships with warm leads sourced from free events, incoming enquiries, and other inbound channels.
  • Maintain a structured call schedule aligned with peak response windows to ensure timely follow-up calls.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments using targeted, open-ended questions; address objections confidently and clearly.
  • Book high-quality 1-to-1 consultations with our expert team, achieving weekly conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities

You will update our CRM system in real time, logging call outcomes, notes, and next steps, and audit and prioritise your pipeline daily to focus on high-potential prospects.
