New Home Care Package Coordinator

This exciting opportunity is available at Calvary Home Care Adelaide, working directly with the Service Manager and Case Managers to support the Home Care Package team with new client referrals.
You will participate in community campaigning and advertising of Calvary Home Care services, monitoring new referrals, and booking appointments for initial meetings with potential clients. Your main duties include managing the Aged Care Portal, meeting intake KPI expectations, and promoting Calvary Home Cares services to clients and the community.

- Computer literacy
- Understanding of Homecare package funding
The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and the community.
