Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager to lead the development and implementation of our health, safety and wellbeing strategy.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive health, safety and wellbeing strategy that aligns with industry best practice and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the development and delivery of training programs to ensure all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and operational teams to embed health, safety and wellbeing into every aspect of our business.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in OHS roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, codes of practice and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
