Learning and Capability Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy that aligns with the organisation's growth and innovation goals.

This strategic role involves reviewing and enhancing existing L&D programs, integrating a new Learning Management System, and collaborating closely with the business transformation team to deliver impactful learning content.

The successful candidate will work across various functions, including operational management teams, functional leaders, and senior leaders, to upskill internal facilitators and develop bespoke management and leadership initiatives that cater to the organisation's needs.

To excel in this position, you should have significant professional experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a strategic L&D capacity, with expertise in supporting organisational change and implementing LMS solutions.

Key responsibilities include:
