Job Description

We are seeking a skilled educator to develop and deliver impactful capability development processes, learning experiences, and coaching programs that enhance the skills of our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with our Organisational Capability team to design and implement an enhanced induction program.
  2. Develop and execute Clinical Capability development and coaching programs that empower staff to deliver exceptional care for residents.
  3. Design engaging capability development programs aligned with organisational priorities and model of care.
  4. Provide expert coaching in best practice care delivery to clinicians.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in adult learning and coaching.
  • Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience working in clinical environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-impact learning events and coaching.
  • Contemporary knowledge of learning and development principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence, facilitate crucial conversations, and balance stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in using people systems to track learning events and impact.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with current learning and development best practices.
