Our client is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist who will be responsible for the development, facilitation, implementation, administration and evaluation of the client's Learning and Development programs and activities, in collaboration with the Organisational Capability Manager.

**About the role**:
This position will contribute to and assist in the development of the Organisation's skills and capabilities by providing "best practice" advice and solutions to professional development strategies, programs and initiatives based on identified capability and skill gaps and future learning requirements. This position will also collaborate with the Organisational Capability Manager and L&OD Business Partners in designing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating L&OD programs.

Additionally, this position will be responsible to prepare and provide monthly reports on all training undertaken for P&C Business Partners and Business Leaders as well as providing advice on available L&OD programs and assisting with enrolment into relevant training and development activities as required. You will also be required to collaborate with the Organisational Capability Manager to identify, support and implement existing and future traineeship/apprenticeship requirements and programs for the organisation.

You will also have experience in instructional design including e-learning development and knowledge of the vocational training system in relation to Traineeships /apprenticeships. Additionally, you will have sound customer service and interpersonal skills for relating to all employees and people external to the organisation and the ability to work in a team to agreed outcomes and expectations.

**Qualification required**:

- Minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Degree in adult education or similar (desirable)
