About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnerships Development Manager to join our team at Parkhouse Bell. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a partnership strategy to grow our networks across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a partnership strategy to grow our networks across Australia
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders and organisations in the Employment Services sector
  • Nurture existing partners and develop new relationships
  • Effectively negotiate agreements to support collaborative objectives and interests
  • Enhance our reputation and impact across Australia

Requirements:

  • Proven knowledge and understanding of the Employment Services sector
  • A passion for creating a culture of excellence and professional standards for Employment Services in Australia, and worldwide
  • A track record of outstanding stakeholder management, relationship building and networking
  • Proven experience of Continuous Professional Development including management development
  • The ability to work strategically as well as operationally, being proactively hands-on
  • Influencing experience through delivering effective presentations and brand representation
  • Experience in project management and troubleshooting organisational pain points, as well as problem-solving operational issues with a focus on developing creative workable solutions
  • High level of commercial awareness, excellent communication and multitasking abilities, and the ability to remain focused and composed navigating many moving parts
  • Experience of creating reports to incorporate income generation and pipeline activity
  • Experience tracking and analysing key performance indicators related to partnership activities such as growth and retention, customer satisfaction, revenue generation and member impact
  • A willingness to occasionally work non-standard business hours to accommodate different time zones
