Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior sales management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong financial acumen, with solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
