About the Role

As a Digital Product Leader at Online Marketing Gurus, you will play a critical role in shaping and managing our digital product offerings. This exciting opportunity requires a unique blend of product management and sales expertise to drive commercial success and meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Enhance Products: Create product roadmaps that align with market needs and business goals, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Lead Sales Performance: Support the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets by providing strategic input, crafting proposals, and developing pricing models that maximise deal closure rates while maintaining profitability.
  • Scope & Deliver Projects: Accurately scope a range of projects, from eCommerce solutions to bespoke system and API integrations, ensuring all projects are profitable and aligned with client expectations.
  • Engage with Clients: Lead client consultations, including UX workshops and discovery sessions, offering expert guidance to define project goals and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Monitor Product Performance: Track and optimise product performance, gather feedback, and implement improvements that enhance client satisfaction, conversion rates, and overall product profitability.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

  • A proven track record in managing and expanding digital product lines, meeting sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Expertise in leading UX workshops, scoping eCommerce solutions, and developing bespoke system and API integrations.
  • Solid understanding of CRO strategies and customer experience optimisation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills for accurate project scoping and risk management.
