As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the upkeep and preservation of our properties.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Inspect buildings and equipment regularly for necessary repairs and improvements.
  • Maintain property systems and facilities through preventative maintenance and repairs.
  • Implement maintenance policies and standards to prevent misuse of property appliances.
  • Evaluate safety risks and ensure that properties are safe for occupants, visitors, and workers.
  • Clean and prepare vacated buildings and rooms for new occupants.
  • Verify electrical wiring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Check safety systems and devices monthly for operational effectiveness.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues.
  • Manage inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Mechanical aptitude to handle minor repairs and fixtures.
  • Knowledge of electricity to diagnose electrical problems and perform minor repairs.
  • General maintenance skills.
  • Effective communication skills for delivering information.
  • Prior experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
  • HVAC, CMRP, or equivalent certification.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds without assistance.
  • Hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
