Job Description

The Property Care Specialist will collaborate with various teams to sustain tenancies and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Proactively manage property care, tenant arrears, and debt by negotiating repayment agreements and maintaining tenancies.
  • Represent the organization at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) to obtain relevant orders.

Key attributes for this role include:

  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Proven capacity to deliver superior customer service in a busy environment.
  • Sound knowledge of the NSW Residential Tenancies Act.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience at NCAT.
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs, including those with mental health issues or disabilities.

This is a full-time contract opportunity based at our office with travel to other locations as required.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Diligence and compassion, motivating you to assist customers achieve their goals and aspirations.
