Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain strategic relationships with customers to drive long-term revenue and profitability growth.
  • Establish unmatched insights into the customer's business and build strong relationships across multiple levels and functions.
  • Initiate value-added initiatives to systematically grow both revenue and profitability.
  • Proactively secure contracted business ahead of competitive tenders and manage the process of securing ongoing tenure at acceptable business terms.
  • Contract management to ensure best value for Opal.
Requirements
  • Sales and/or marketing and supply chain experience.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships.
  • Previous experience in the Australian and/or Global packaging or distribution industries is desirable.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts.
  • Executive-level credibility.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
