Job Opportunity

The role of Sterilisation Technician is a critical component of the Operating Suite, where you will assist nursing staff with sterile preparations, restocking and adhering to directions as required.

This temporary position will serve as leave relief until 2nd March 2025, with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will be accountable for meticulous handling, storage and management of sterile stock.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the sterilisation department.
  • Accurately and efficiently handle, store and manage sterile stock.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations and patient care.

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA Registration.
  • National Police Certificate.
  • NSW Drivers Licence.
  • Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
