Job Title: People Operations Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in HR? Do you have a passion for supporting operations across the NSW region?

This exciting opportunity is for a People Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As the go-to person for all HR activities, you will be responsible for reporting & data management, payroll liaison, employee relations, and generalist HR support.

The successful applicant will possess previous experience in an HR role, essential skills in HRIS, and comfort working with data/reporting. You will also have excellent attention to detail and quality in documentation, as well as experience supporting performance or employee relations processes.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a salary of $95,000 - $105,000 + super, plus a 10% Short-Term Incentive bonus. This is a hybrid work model, with a full generalist remit and visibility across a high-performing NSW operation. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and shape HR delivery locally.
