IT Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Operations Specialist to lead our IT operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming support requests, leading the charge on all things IT across our business, and collaborating across departments to deliver solutions that meet their tech needs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A solid track record in IT support with some experience under your belt.
  • Strong skills with Windows environments, Office 365, networking basics, and common business apps.
  • A knowledge of monitoring and maintaining websites and hosting on AWS.
  • An ability to juggle multiple priorities like a pro without breaking a sweat.
  • Communication skills that can translate 'tech-speak' into everyday language.

The Role

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Leading the charge on all things IT across our business - from desktops to servers, software to networks.
  • Managing incoming support requests with high-level efficiency.
  • Solidifying user onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Jumping into the trenches to troubleshoot and fix hardware, software and network issues.
  • Assisting management of user accounts, permissions and security settings within the Microsoft 365 environment.
