About the Position:

This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the future of our organisation. As the Operations and Efficiency Specialist, you will collaborate closely with all teams within the business and work alongside our Directors to influence daily operations and foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable and administration relating to the business needs
  • Create and optimise processes, workflows and systems to enhance efficiency
  • Comply with regulations and industry standards, mitigating operational risks
  • Assist with general operational tasks and responsibilities as the team expands
  • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, performance management and employee records management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and ideally HR business practices
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with financial systems
