- Troubleshoot and fix hardware, software, and network issues to prevent system failures.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Microsoft 365 to maintain data integrity.
- Take control of our phone operations system 3CX to optimize communication channels.
- Support API integrations with third-party software to enhance collaboration.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, including guides, how-tos, and process documentation.
- Monitor and improve the organisation's cyber security posture to safeguard information assets.
- Collaborate across departments to understand their tech needs and deliver solutions that meet expectations.
- A strong background in IT operations with experience in leading teams.
- Excellent skills with Windows environments, Office 365, networking fundamentals, and common business applications.
- A solid understanding of monitoring and maintaining websites and hosting on AWS.
- The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands without compromising quality.
- Effective communication skills to translate technical language into everyday language.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
