  • Oversee all aspects of IT across the business, including desktops, servers, software, and networks.
  • Efficiently manage incoming support requests to ensure seamless technology services.

  • Assist the team with audio visual setup or equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and fix hardware, software, and network issues to prevent system failures.

  • Take control of our phone operations system 3CX to optimize communication channels.
  • Support API integrations with third-party software to enhance collaboration.

  • Monitor and improve the organisation's cyber security posture to safeguard information assets.
  • Collaborate across departments to understand their tech needs and deliver solutions that meet expectations.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in IT operations with experience in leading teams.
  • Excellent skills with Windows environments, Office 365, networking fundamentals, and common business applications.
  • A solid understanding of monitoring and maintaining websites and hosting on AWS.
  • The ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing demands without compromising quality.
  • Effective communication skills to translate technical language into everyday language.
  • Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
