About the Role

This position is responsible for coordinating and directing clinical pharmacy services to the Kidney Transplant Service as part of the Australian Centre for Transplant Excellence and Research (ACTER) at Austin Health. The role will work closely with the Liver Transplant Pharmacist to optimize pharmacy service provision and provide coverage during periods of leave.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish, direct, plan, provide, and review clinical pharmacy services to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to leverage efficiencies in pharmacy service provision.
  • Provide coverage for transplant pharmacy services during periods of leave.
