Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team in an exciting leadership role. As a key business partner, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the company's human resources strategy and delivering exceptional results.

About the Role
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and local management teams across all functions in the business.
  • As a true business partner, you will provide expert guidance on employment law, HR policies and procedures, trade union and enterprise bargaining agreements, and employment relations matters.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or Human Resources Manager, with a strong ability to engage, influence, and contribute to organisational strategy.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment/Industrial Relations, or a related business management discipline.
  • A highly developed understanding of industrial relations, complex employment relations, and a solid knowledge of relevant Queensland legislation.
