Human Resources Manager

Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in providing strategic guidance and support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all functions of the HR department, including recruitment, retention, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Champion company values and create a culture that showcases professionalism.
  • Develop and conduct onboarding orientation and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation requirements, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • HR qualifications and experience within a large complex organization, preferably in a people-centric environment.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR trends.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with end-to-end payroll processes and HRIS.
