About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to develop and implement specialized activity programs and social activities that promote the psychological, social, and physical well-being of our residents. As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will oversee a team of lifestyle officers and report to the Residential Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Oversee a team of lifestyle officers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Collaborate with the Residential Manager to achieve the goals and objectives of the facility
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, families, and staff
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Previous experience working in an aged care environment
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain on employment
  • Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Empathy for the elderly and disabled
  • NDIS check
