Catholic Healthcare, a not-for-profit organisation, is seeking an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join its team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic individual who will develop and implement specialised activity programmes to promote the psychological, social and physical wellbeing of our residents. As a key member of our team, you will oversee a team of lifestyle officers and work closely with the Residential Manager to achieve our goals.

About You
  • You must have a Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure and previous experience managing a team, preferably in an aged care environment.
  • You should have good communication, documentation and organisational skills, as well as empathy for the elderly and disabled.
