About the Role:

Catholic Healthcare is seeking a skilled Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing specialized activity programs and social activities to promote the psychological, social, and physical wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement activity programs and social activities for residents
  • Oversee a team of lifestyle officers
  • Report to the Residential Manager

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Previous experience working within an aged care environment
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain on employment
  • Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Empathy for the elderly and disabled
  • NDIS check
