Lifestyle Program Coordinator

Catholic Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Lifestyle Program Coordinator to join their team at St Joseph's Aged Care in Coffs Harbour, NSW.
This permanent full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of residents. As a Lifestyle Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing specialized activity programs and social activities that promote the psychological, social, and physical well-being of residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging lifestyle programs that cater to diverse resident needs
- Lead a team of lifestyle officers to deliver high-quality services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of program outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Requirements:- Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent
- Proven experience in managing teams and delivering programs in aged care settings
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain on employment
- A commitment to promoting the dignity, life, and spirituality of older people
