Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at St Joseph's Aged Care in Coffs Harbour, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing activity programs that promote the wellbeing of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Lead a team of lifestyle officers to ensure the delivery of high-quality activities and services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in managing a team and delivering activity programs
  • Previous experience working in an aged care environment
  • Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain on employment
  • Good communication, documentation, and organisational skills
  • Empathy for the elderly and disabled
  • NDIS check
