Administrative Virtual Assistant with Social Media Expertise

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Virtual Assistant with a strong background in social media management to join our team at Ironbrij. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks while also managing and executing our social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, email management, scheduling appointments, and maintaining digital files.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Assist with project management and coordination of tasks.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Manage and organize documents and ensure proper filing systems.
Social Media Management:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
  • Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to track performance and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Familiar with creating and uploading social media posts/videos.
  • Expert in social media engagement using Facebook, Instagram, and starting on TikTok.
  • Knowledgeable on commenting on posts/comments of other similar, non-competing, complementary brands on social media platforms.
  • Knows how to do reviews or email sequencing by reaching out via email or relevant channel.
  • Uploading emails into Klayvio.
  • Editing videos/posts for Facebook ads or social media use or email campaigns.
  • Permanent work from home.
