About the Role

Edelman is a leading global communications agency that helps brands build trust and credibility with their audiences. We're seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President, Social Media Lead to join our team and help drive our clients' social media strategies forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that drive business results and enhance our clients' online presence.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create and implement innovative social media campaigns that engage and inspire our clients' target audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform developments to ensure our clients' social media strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
  • Collaborate with our creative teams to develop compelling social media content that resonates with our clients' target audiences and drives engagement.
  • Manage and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success and inform future strategy.
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their strengths, weaknesses, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a digital agency or marketing department, with a focus on social media and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing social media campaigns that drive business results and enhance online presence.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics, with the ability to measure campaign success and inform future strategy.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative social media solutions that drive engagement and inspire our clients' target audiences.
What We Offer

Edelman is committed to providing a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $99,000 - $175,000 per year, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
