About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Officer to join our Service & Operations team at Healthdirect Australia. As a Service Officer, you will play a critical role in supporting the management of data in the National Health Services Directory (NHSD) through manual validation and data entry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validation and Data Entry: Validate and update services and practitioners in the NHSD database, including creation of new service listings, removal of service details, and practitioner updates.
  • Manual Exceptions Requests: Complete manual exceptions requests from Data Management.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data in the NHSD is maintained.
  • Ticket Management: Triage all incoming tickets, maintain detailed ticket information, closure, and identification of trends and patterns of incoming tickets.
  • Jira Ticket Management: Coordinate and manage Jira tickets within the NHSD to resolution.
  • Ticket Escalation: Escalate tickets for management intervention and support for resolution.
Requirements
  • Experience with Jira: Demonstrated experience in client support using Jira as the ticketing system.
  • Microsoft Office Skills: Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Database Management: Background in maintaining a client/user database would be advantageous.
