Role Overview

This dynamic position requires you to ensure the seamless operation of our roadside assistance services across designated metropolitan areas.

Your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading strategic initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.
  • Engaging in forecasting and annual operational planning.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including union representatives and senior management.

This role demands exceptional operational, strategic, and leadership skills, along with strong negotiation and influencing abilities. Attention to detail, the capacity to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to achieving targets while promoting the sustainability of our service network are essential.

While this position does not involve direct reports, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational and strategic functions of the team. A minimum of three days in the office is expected.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience in managing union relationships and teams under Enterprise Agreements.
  • Knowledge of Workers Compensation, performance management, and related processes.
  • Proven experience in leading remote teams and driving performance outcomes.
  • A pragmatic approach to delivering effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Resilience and the ability to lead change in a transformative landscape.
  • Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
