The successful applicant will be offered a salary between $102,311.38 and $113,818.75 per year, plus 11.5% superannuation.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to coordinate the effective delivery of the Latrobe City Local Development Strategy (LDS) in partnership with relevant stakeholders and State Government departments.

In this role, you will supervise, deliver, and manage assigned projects from project inception through to project delivery, reporting, and evaluation. You will ensure proficient project management principles are utilized when planning and delivering projects within the LDS, and in alignment with partner and funding body expectations.

You will also establish and manage an appropriate governance structure and reporting process for the LDS project, and alignment with the expectations of the funding agreement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or substantial relevant experience in economic development, project coordination, administration, or other relevant field.
  • High level skills in managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, managing time, planning, and organizing your own work and that of others within defined timelines and despite conflicting pressures.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial processes and contract administration.
