Project Coordination Opportunity
We are seeking a Full-time Graduate/Junior Project Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description:
The role involves day-to-day coordination, allocation, scheduling, and complete tracking of field tasks.
Key responsibilities include communication with on-field supervisors directly to manage all pre-field services workflows, enquiries, and information validation.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for accurate and timely entry of information in various systems related to job claims and invoicing, general notes, and updates on current scheduling status.
Additionally, the role requires acting as an escalation point for respective orders under the manager's control and management.
The candidate will respond to incoming queries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain relevant information where required.
Requirements:
Previous work experience as a Project Administrator or Project Coordinator is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, attention to detail with a continuous improvement focus are also required.
