About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Expert - Lifecycle Marketing to join our growing Lifecycle Marketing Team at SafetyCulture. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and executing lifecycle communications and campaigns across channels such as email, in-app, and push notifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing lifecycle marketing strategies to engage customers and drive positive outcomes from email and in-app campaigns.
  • Creating high-quality marketing content that communicates complex concepts, technology updates, and product features in a simple and digestible way.
  • Partnering with lifecycle experts to architect strong marketing journeys that articulate the value of SafetyCulture's products and services.
  • Analysing the performance and impact of programs, identifying new opportunities, and developing key insights to improve future campaigns.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A good understanding of communications at scale, with a track record of ensuring customers receive the right messages at the right time.
  • Outstanding writing skills, with the ability to generate content that drives positive outcomes from email and in-app campaigns.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adapt marketing tactics to different geographies, industries, personas, and use cases.
  • The ability to work with data, using it to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
What We Offer

As a Digital Communications Expert - Lifecycle Marketing at SafetyCulture, you can expect:

  • A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
