Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Strategist to join our team in Sydney, reporting directly to the Manager, Personalised Marketing. This 12-month fixed-term opportunity will see you working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences across the full customer lifecycle.

Your primary focus will be on leading the delivery of targeted campaigns executed across all personalisation channels, from strategy and audience selection to creative execution and measurement. You'll be accountable for relentlessly pursuing optimisation opportunities to uplift the customer experience and improve campaign effectiveness.

This role requires a proven track record in leading the delivery of customer lifecycle marketing programs at scale, as well as demonstrated ability to influence and thrive in fast-moving and complex stakeholder environments within large, matrixed organisations.

You'll have 8+ years' experience in a growth/CRM/marketing automation role, with expertise in marketing automation teams, audience selection, and personalisation capabilities of the broader Martech stack (Adobe preferred).
