About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy staff, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering prescriptions and refills into our system.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work professionally with customers. They will also be detail-oriented and able to maintain high levels of accuracy in their work.

This role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications. Experience working in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.

As a Pharmacy Technician with our organization, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the evaluation and improvement of our client services, policies, and procedures. You will also be expected to maintain safety policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • State-issued pharmacy technician licenses/certifications necessary
  • At least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician (Long-Term Care pharmacy preferred)
  • Familiarity with brand name/generic medications
  • Alpha-numeric data entry experience
  • Ability to read and correct prescriptions accurately
  • Basic math skills
  • Knowledge of SIG codes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • English language proficiency
