Customer Service Professional

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing complex customer inquiries and providing solutions that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritise customer inquiries through phone and email, ensuring timely resolution and exceeding customer expectations;

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
What You Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment;
  • Proven ability to resolve complex or ambiguous customer issues;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to find the best solutions;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders;
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
