Job Details

We are seeking highly skilled customer-focused professionals to join our team as part-time sales specialists. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge through on-the-job training and ongoing development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers in-store and over the phone.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately process transactions.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays as required.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is desirable.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons and weekends.
