We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will take ownership of customer enquiries, resolve issues quickly, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver outstanding outcomes.

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and prioritizing inbound phone and email-based customer cases and queries
  • Developing excellent rapport over the phone or face-to-face to foster strong customer and internal relationships
  • Identifying complex problems and resolving them or escalating where a resolution may not be achievable
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years+ experience in a customer service environment
  • Proven ability to resolve complex or ambiguous customer issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to find the best solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
